Answer the Call

An SOS draws you toward a remote island and the darkened manor overlooking its shore. Inside, the people who once lived and worked there have been transformed into violent creatures, enormous black feathers driven through their eyes and chests.
Search the estate, find those who remain, and uncover what has taken root within the manor before it spreads beyond the island.
Survive the Estate

Combat is fast, loud, and likely to attract more enemies. Fight with melee weapons, firearms, and explosives, or move carefully and slip past threats before they become overwhelming.
Use doors and chokepoints to control pursuit, prepare traps, and turn explosive barrels against groups of enemies. Search for coins and spend them at vending machines on ammunition, healing supplies, and armor. Resources are available, but survival depends on using them well.
The Manor Changes Behind You

Solve puzzles, collect keys, open locked chests, and uncover hidden passages throughout an interconnected estate. New discoveries lead back into familiar areas, where previously blocked routes, survivor interactions, and unexpected encounters may now be waiting.
A hallway does not remain safe simply because you have already survived it.
No One Is Guaranteed to Survive

Every survivor has a story shaped by earlier conversations and actions. Your choices influence where they appear, what they reveal, and whether their paths continue.
Survivors can be protected, abandoned, or killed by the creatures roaming the estate—and they are not protected from you. Save everyone, save no one, or escape with only a few. The nightmare can still be confronted, but who lives to see its end is not guaranteed.
