Strip Club Empire is an adults only business management simulation where you run every side of a topless nightclub. Oversee the action in real time, redesign and expand your venue, and manage the business from your office. Every decision affects your profits, staff, reputation, clientele, and the chaos that unfolds each night.
Run the Club in Real Time
During Operations Mode, watch the entire club come alive and step in wherever you are needed. Keep patrons under control, make sure dancers and staff are doing their jobs, and inspect character thoughts for clues about problems, opportunities, and what they may be planning.
Send dancers to high-spending customers, dispatch bouncers when patrons misbehave, reprimand underperforming employees, or send staff home early when business is slow. You are physically represented by the club manager, so when the schedule falls apart, you may have to fill in yourself. Short-staffed with a customer vomiting in the corner? Grab the mop bucket.
Build the Club Your Way
In Edit Club Mode, expand your floor plan and design the venue around the kind of business you want to run. Add stages, VIP rooms, bars, tables, chairs, ATMs, restrooms, lighting, flooring, decorations, and more.
Create a cheap neighborhood club or build a polished nightlife destination. Better layouts improve traffic flow, brighter areas discourage bad behavior, and a more impressive venue attracts higher-quality clientele with more money to spend.
Manage the Business Behind the Scenes
In Administration Mode, work from your office to review applicants, hire employees, build staff schedules, and track the club’s reputation and performance.
Set admission prices, house commissions, and bar markups while planning around the flow of business. A Saturday night may need a full staff, while a Tuesday afternoon can leave employees standing around with nothing to do. Review identification carefully, because a bad hire can bring police attention and damage the club’s reputation.

Dancers, employees, and patrons have their own traits, moods, money, and hidden motivations. Read their thoughts, spot trouble before it escalates, and react to everything from slow shifts and staff drama to drunken customers, police raids, and unexpected messes.
