Tear off turquoise nerve webs clinging to the walls and gather raw flesh hanging from the ceilings. Construct massive pumps to open the main veins along your escape route.

Avoid the ruthless entities roaming the tunnels and open areas. Pay attention to environmental warnings, move silently, and hide deep within the tunnels if spotted.

Experience claustrophobic passages, tense sound design, and the suffocating atmosphere of being trapped inside a living organism.

Story
Humanity melted away, leaving civilization and its structures turned to dust. All that remains is a vast, boundaryless entity of self-breathing flesh and nerves. Splintered pieces from this massive mass gained a primitive consciousness, but you were the weakest among them.
You were born from a single drop of blood. Those around you never understood you, nor did you wish to be understood. You simply existed, hid, and wanted to be forgotten. Yet, the creatures hailing from the heavy, thumping echoes of the deep would not leave you in peace. At the absolute bottom of this living nightmare, you have no choice but to run to avoid becoming prey.
Now, you must carve your own path through these rough, bloody, and pitch-black corridors. In a place where time and consciousness lose all meaning, will you escape the world of those who despised you, or will you remain forever lost within the walls of this giant organism?
