The Heap is your mound of garbage — a sprawling, fog-of-war mutation tree where Maggots buy permanent upgrades: thicker carapace, faster wings, sharper luck, extra rerolls, new weapons unlocked into the draft pool, and capstone mutations like Maggot Rebirth — a once-per-run revive that bursts every bug standing over your corpse.
