Get your team out of the rooms
Clipped Reality is a first-person horror game for solo players and teams of 2–4. Search unsettling rooms for genuine survey radios, use your scanner to spot false signals, and repair the way out before the level closes around you. Every signal you recover brings you closer to escape—and draws more attention from the hunter.
Four hunters. Four ways to survive.
The Hound chases by sight. Break its line of sight and keep moving.
The Angel moves when nobody is watching. Keep your eyes on it—or trust a teammate to watch.
The Stalker listens for your movement. Your footsteps can give you away.
The Barber becomes more dangerous when you answer a ringing phone. You have to pick up before you can complete the escape route.
Bring friends—or face the descent alone
Host or join an online co-op room with an invite code. Share the danger, keep a teammate watching the Angel, and reconnect downed surveyors. Optional proximity voice chat lets you talk to nearby teammates; microphone use is opt-in and is never recorded by the game.
Solo play is available throughout the campaign. Online co-op supports 2–4 players; each player needs their own copy and the latest game version.
Use your field kit. Choose your risks.
Scan radios before collecting them: false signals cost sanity and alert the threat.
Synchronize relay panels and hold breaker repairs while something listens.
Throw an emergency anchor to pin a hunter for twelve seconds and make room to escape.
Bank your score between levels or push deeper for more at risk.
Seven levels to learn and replay
Descend through the Yellow Rooms, the Dark, the Barber Shop, the Mirror Maze and beyond. Seeded layouts can be learned, shared and replayed, with personal bests for each seed and difficulty.
Optional investigations uncover recordings from the surveyors who came before you. Follow their story or focus on the escape route. At the Exit terminal, choose what leaves the rooms with you: a warning, a severed signal, or silence.
Dead Air: follow the static
A haunted shortwave radio waits in the Yellow Rooms. Recover its transmission to earn Jack-o’-Signal: a permanent orange field suit, warm signal palette and carved brass charm. The encounter and reward remain available after Halloween.
Choose your difficulty and comfort settings
Four difficulties include a forgiving Easy mode with longer sprint and torch endurance, gentler scares and lighter sanity pressure. Adjust camera shake, reduced effects and story narration; revisit the tutorial or skip the opening films.
Content notes
The game contains horror themes, stalking/chase tension, jump scares, flashing lights / screen flicker, darkness, unsettling audio, and death/failure states. A photosensitivity / epilepsy warning is shown on every launch. It does not currently contain gore or sexual content.
