Velocity - Midnight Run

Drive until you break, then break past that limit.

Every driver starts in Midnight Run. You drop into a field of 100 cars on an endless night road and work your way toward the front. The road doesn't stay quiet for long. Rival racers show up first. Then the cops. Then the city streets and alleys open up, and the rain rolls in and keeps getting heavier.

Level up during the run and you pick your upgrades as you go: abilities, performance parts, and combo cards. What you pick decides how far you get.

The city on your terms. Pick a district, set how heavy the traffic gets, and turn racers, cops, weather, repair pickups, and a time-limit mode on or off as you unlock them. Crashes are off by default. Unlock Hardcore and one bad read ends the run.Crew and Online

Four cars, each with its own drivetrain: the Kaze GT-R (FWD), the Rampage 440 (RWD muscle), the Tempest RS (AWD turbo), and the Hachi GT, a featherweight RWD tuner you have to earn.

Shift automatic, or go manual and risk overrevving the engine.

Move power between acceleration, grip, and top speed in the middle of a run.

Spend style points on a loadout: Nitrous, EMP, or Siren as your ability, 14 aftermarket parts, and 8 tire compounds.

Paint, finish, rims, underglow, window tint, decals, and swappable bumpers, hoods, and lights.
The city
Eight districts, from the City Ring highway out through Uptown, Downtown, Velo City, and the Back Streets, and up into the mountain passes of Switchback, Climb, and Descent. Tuck in behind a car to catch its slipstream. In a storm, lightning can hit you.

Your profile keeps your best distance, best style, and best time, plus in-game achievements to chase. The next run always has a number to beat.
