Build a store that suits your approach
Plan your layout, create departments and place shelves, checkouts, lighting and decorations. Expand your store space and parking, and divide the available space between shopping areas, storage and staff facilities.
Set up cold rooms and freezer rooms, keeping access and walking routes in mind. Give your store its own identity through its name, colours, storefront, department signs, plants and decorations. Your calendar settings determine which seasons and holidays bring temporary products and matching decorations.

Keep your store running every day
Order stock, receive deliveries and fill the shelves. Build your assortment with everyday groceries, fresh produce, bakery items, chilled products and frozen goods. House-brand and supplier-brand variants are available for part of the range.
Set selling prices, plan promotions and use ordering recommendations to match purchasing to sales. Monitor shelf life, waste, cold storage and operating costs. A well-stocked store needs to stay financially healthy too.
