Scout and sign sailors with roles, skills and charisma. Negotiate contracts, pay transfer fees, buy training sessions — and reckon with age: sailors grow with experience, peak, decline and retire. A designer and a meteorologist on your staff unlock deeper decisions.The boat is born in the shipyard
Push research on every component, but watch reliability: every intervention wears the gear, and sea trials are what keep the mast standing. Choose a design philosophy — extreme or conservative — and a target wind, then find out on the water whether you read the season right.The books must balance
