CARE

CARE is about a pink boy who falls in love with a rare, beautiful plant and vows to care for it against monsters who want nothing more than to devour it. Climb higher and higher up its towering leaves through hordes of nasty enemies and fearsome bosses, armed with only your wooden sword at first. Water the plant to grow and unlock defensive plant cards, collect golden seeds to upgrade your gear, and pick up countless items along the way to grow ever more powerful-all to witness the plant's final transformation atop the moon. Every run, you'll be stronger than before!

The Incredible Sword - The sword is essential for defending the plant against nearby enemies, and if you manage to chain kills together without stopping or taking damage, you'll activate BERSERKER mode, boosting your damage massively and making you faster.

Jump or Crush Your Enemies! - Jump on top of enemies heads to bounce off them, dealing light damage, or to attack other air enemies. You can also activate SUPERSTOMP to crush them (dealing way more damage than a regular stomp!) and launch yourself even higher into the air to reach water drops or attack taller enemies you couldn't attack with a normal jump.
Plant Powerful Defenses! - Every time you water your plant, cards will appear with a random rarity, each with a unique function - some may be Traps, others Obstacles, and there's a wide variety of uses for the cards you can plant in the defensive slots surrounding the plant or further away. Plant your defensive cards wisely!


Level Up! And Unlimited Items - During the run, you'll level up by earning XP from enemies, and each time you level up, the plant will drop an item for you to collect. Gather an unlimited number of items to become incredibly powerful during the run.

Come Back Stronger Every Time - Before starting a run, visit the shop to buy activatable items you can trigger during the run, as well as hearts to boost your health and better gear. At the Wise Plant, level up your defensive plants and upgrade your sword, so every run starts off strong!

Hard Challenges - Plenty of tough challenges to complete that unlock Swords, Cards, and Items!

Garden Progression - There's a ton of progression in CARE, you'll need to collect objects that only appear at specific moments and in different levels, whether to unlock a Card, Sword, Item, or even Quests. On top of that, the Garden will have things to complete that require gathering a certain amount of a specific object, like the curious well, hehe.
