一起摊煎饼！Griddle Up!

Serve It Hot. Handle the Rush Together.
What does it take to run a jianbing shop? Prep your ingredients, spread the batter, crack an egg, brush on some sauce, add a crispy cracker, and hand a piping-hot Chinese crepe to your customer.
Sounds simple—until the orders pile up, ingredients run low, and your partner starts goofing around.
Make Every Jianbing by Hand
From the first ladle of batter to the final fold, every step is in your hands. Guide the wooden spreader, watch the heat, brush on sauces, add your fillings, and wrap each order for serving. Practice makes perfect—but even when you’re on a roll, keep an eye on what your customers actually ordered.
Two Players. One Very Busy Little Shop.
One works the griddle while the other preps ingredients and restocks supplies. You add the fillings; your partner takes care of the wrapping. Find a rhythm that works for you both and get those orders out before your customers lose patience. When everything clicks, you’re a dream team. When it doesn’t, even “Pass me that!” can turn into a kitchen catastrophe.
Lend a Hand—or Stir Up Trouble
Toss things around, give your partner a shove, or pick them up and carry them away. Sometimes, a little mischief is just too tempting, even during business hours. But when a fire breaks out or things go sideways, you’ll need to pull together fast. Your customers are waiting, and the jianbing on the griddle won’t wait for you to finish fooling around.
Turn Today’s Hard Work into Tomorrow’s New Equipment
Prep, open up, take orders, collect your earnings, and see how the day went. Invest in new ingredients and equipment to gradually unlock more ways to run your shop. As business picks up, rethink your routine and help your little shop grow, one busy day at a time.
You’ll be open again tomorrow. Remember to bring the person who’s always ready to help—and just as ready to cause trouble.
