Reveria: Act 1

Welcome, adventurer!
Behold, the great kingdom of Reveria, split into three large districts with the island city of Cathar at its center. It's a place of beauty and wonder, where the next adventure is always just around the corner. But it's also a place of conflict and strife, where the law of the strongest reigns supreme.
You find yourself in the town of Hostilium in the outreaches of Reveria’s Western District. It is a lawless place outside the influence of the throne. At least for now... While the nefarious Dragon King tightens his grip around the area, rebellion starts brewing. It is fertile ground for up and coming adventurers like yourself to make their fortune. The nobodies of today can be the heroes of tomorrow.
Grow your legend
Assemble your party and gather your equipment. Set out to brave the Reverian wilderness. Explore ancient crypts, abandoned mines, and dark caves. Encounter gnarly beasts and seasoned fighters.
In Reveria, you start as a lowly, aspiring adventurer. Gradually, you get involved in a conflict that is much bigger than you were anticipating. From helping the local shopkeep with their rat infested basement and beating up the nearby goblin tribe, you eventually find yourself fighting the forces of corruption that have infested the region.
Back to the roots
Reveria is a turn-based RPG, inspired by old school fantasy and Dungeon & Dragons. In fact, it is my attempt to turn a multi-year homebrew D&D campaign into a narrative-driven videogame. I took an artistic license to reinterpret some of the craziness that happens during real-life tabletop sessions, but I hope that Reveria nonetheless still gives you that iconic TTRPG sandbox feeling of semi-cluelessly wandering around the world and stumbling into a wide variety of quests. This is a labor of love and I'm incredibly excited with the world. I hope you like it. Here's to the next adventure!
