Premise
You've just started a business where you design and build custom circuit boards on a per contract basis. Things start off simple, with basic contracts and requirements. But as you buy more components the contracts also become more complex. You soon find yourself juggling resource balancing, space optimization, debugging and wire routing, but not without reward. The more complex the contracts become, the more they pay. Soon you'll become an established circuit-design business, trusted with the most difficult projects.
Inspiration
Whilst inspired by circuit board design in theme, Circuitra's gameplay is more comparable to visual logic and programming. Inspired by visual scripting as well as the planning and building aspects of automation games. Circuitra introduces a unique game loop and experience that is sure to challenge puzzle enthusiasts, automation game experts and problem solving lovers.
Challenges
Circuitra has a wide array of contracts with freedom to choose which one to pursue. Certain contracts lean more heavily into clever routing whilst others have you focus on careful resource balancing, some simply require a lot of a certain resource which leads to large clusters of components to meet demands. With things like custom components and boolean logic you get to create your own unique solutions to problems.
