Raid Leader Simulator

Lead the raid. Carry the consequences.
Raid Leader Simulator is a fantasy guild-management auto battler about building a team capable of clearing demanding raids. Recruit specialists, set weekly schedules, negotiate contracts, and prepare gear and tactics. Then start the pull and watch your roster fight real-time 3D boss encounters on its own.
BUILD A RAID TEAM
Recruit tanks, healers, melee fighters, ranged attackers, and specialists. Balance roles, individual strengths, availability, morale, and contracts as you shape an eight-player roster.
MANAGE THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PARTY
Handle attendance problems, pay, loot promises, negotiations, and rival pressure. Your decisions affect trust, motivation, and whether your best raiders remain with the guild.
PREPARE EVERY ATTEMPT
Set formations, assign roles, choose tactical focus and pace, and plan a response to each boss mechanic before the pull. Learn boss patterns from combat reports and refine the plan for the next attempt.
WATCH YOUR PLAN PLAY OUT
Once the pull starts, your raiders fight automatically in real-time 3D, following the plan you set. Step in with a new call when a mechanic goes wrong, or sit back and see whether your preparation holds.
GROW TOWARD HARDER RAIDS
Improve gear, develop your roster, pursue hidden gates, and turn a struggling team into a guild ready for the season's biggest challenges.
