Laplana

Laplana is a biological automation game set on an alien world. You will have to deal with the unusual spatial structure of the world around you and organize space by building alien coral structures. Within these structures, you will domesticate local species found throughout the world of Laplana. You will combine species in ways that allow them to cooperate with each other and build complex biological production chains. You will mutate species and research new ways to reorganize the world and the life around you. You will also adapt your structures to a constantly changing environment and protect them against the forces present in this world.
Build various cellular shapes
Different cells are located in different conditions which affect your colony in different ways. Find external conditions or create your own.

Connect cells for transporting routes
Inside your structures items move using links you build. Build intercellular transport based on the needs of your colony.

Place organisms to cells to coordinate them
Different organisms like different conditions. The consume items they like and they excrete what is left. As they say -one bacteria's trash is another bacteria's treasure.

Build complex production networks
Combine different organisms within your colony to produce complex compounds. Some of the organisms are symbiotic and some don't like each other - find ways to make them work together to grow the colony.
