Gooboventure

A flood scattered an entire village. You are a blob of goo, and you have until winter to find everyone who got swept away.

But first you have to learn how to move — Goobo has no bones. Jump and you stretch, land and you splat, and the terrain isn't quite solid to something made of goo.

Squeeze — a narrow crack is a door. Your body compresses into a thread and slips through.

Goo hand — fling a sticky arm, catch a wall, reel yourself in. Jump off it and that's your wall-jump.

There's a dash and a double jump too. You earn these one at a time along the way — each new one quietly opens a set of places that used to turn you back.

Kung fu — a warrior behind the door teaches you to punch with your stubby little arms, left then right, one at a time. Before that, the attack button does nothing.

Goo is your health and your ammunition — getting hurt means a piece of you is missing, and you charge up to congeal it back. Goo comes mainly from fighting, so surviving means attacking.

Build your own — ability slots take attachments: a roll, a spear hand, a shell, a blade in place of your fists. Each costs a different number of slots; how you spend them is your call.Rebuild home

From every place you visit you bring back two things: someone who got lost, and something that changes how the village lives. The village music grows with it — every finished thing adds another instrument.
