Or rather — welcome to a city under a permanently overcast sky. As if the sun simply gave up. No rain. No snow. Just an endless dusk, a shadow that never seems to fade…

Private detective Ray Hardigan is asked by his friend Evelyn to find her missing boss — Councilman Sterling Cuttler. Cuttler likes his whiskey, so at first Ray doesn’t think much of his disappearance. But he soon discovers that the councilman was involved in corrupt dealings — and this time, he didn’t disappear simply because he had one too many.
Things quickly get complicated, and with Sergeant Delrow on his heels, Ray must uncover the truth beneath Duskmont’s grey skies.
