Cowboys vs Orcs is a farm-defense action game playable solo or in online co-op for up to four players.
During the day, gather resources, grow crops, care for animals, craft equipment, and build the defenses that will keep your farm standing. When night falls, orc warbands march from the north, smashing through anything between them and your farmhouse.
Your goal is simple: protect the farm through 100 increasingly dangerous nights.
Build a Working Farm
Chop trees, mine ores, plant crops, and turn raw materials into the supplies your farm needs.
Breed cows and chickens, collect their produce, ride cattle across the farm, and craft specialized harnesses that let your animals haul resources, operate machinery, and manage supplies.
Prepare Your Defenses
Design your own defensive line using fences, gates, spike barricades, palisades, log ramparts, bastions, weapon platforms, and mounted guns.
Buildings remain between nights and retain damage, so every battle leaves its mark. Repair weak points, improve your production, and rethink your layout before the next army arrives.
Fight Escalating Orc Armies
Start with simple melee weapons and work your way toward revolvers, hunting rifles, shotguns, automatic weapons, Gatling guns, bombs, and bazookas.
The attacking force grows every night—from a lone orc on the first night to a final army of 10,000. Orcs attack players, tear down blocking defenses, and advance toward the farmhouse. If the farmhouse falls, recover what you can, rebuild, and prepare to fight again.
Farm Alone or Together
Create a persistent farm and play by yourself or invite up to three friends. Resources, discoveries, buildings, animals, and campaign progress are shared, allowing your group to divide the work—or create agricultural chaos together.
