Lairs & Lordships is a single-player reverse tower defense strategy game set in a dark fantasy world. Assemble an army of monsters, divide it into waves, deploy each formation, and send your creatures against human walls, towers, defenders, and commanders.
Every battle begins with a plan. Combine sturdy front lines, ranged support, magic, and siege specialists. There is no universal army: each fortress and region demands a different approach.

Plan multiple waves — Choose your creatures, arrange their deployment, combine complementary classes, and refine formations between attempts.

Develop your faction — Recruit monsters and invest in branching upgrades for your units, commanders, and lair. Unlock new abilities and evolve creatures into specialized roles.
Adapt to every battlefield — Forest ambushes, sealed towers, wall limits, regional penalties, enemy commanders, and changing world events challenge familiar strategies.
Keep pushing — Revisit conquered regions at higher difficulties or enter escalating endless battles to test new army builds and push your strategies to the limit.
