Femboy Apocalypse is a single-player adult visual novel combining post-apocalyptic mystery, character-driven drama, romance, and explicit adult encounters.
When Alex emerges from an underground cave expedition, the world he remembers is gone. Abandoned towns and deserted roads stretch beneath an unfamiliar sky. A mysterious phenomenon known as The Bloom has transformed the exposed adult population—but Alex remains unchanged.
His search for answers brings him into contact with Chloe, a resourceful scout who introduces him to Haven, a fortified settlement built by survivors. Behind its walls, people are finding new identities, forming relationships, and trying to create a future from the remains of their old lives.
