DOOM MATES

DOOM MATES is a multiplayer horror for up to 5 players. Some of you are crew, working a list of jobs in facilities that have no interest in letting you finish them. One of you is turned into the HUNTER that lives there.
MAKE JUMPSCARES YOURSELF
Record a jumpscare on your webcam, add a spooky 3D mask and audio effects to become more terrifying, or upload something of your own. Scary or funny is entirely up to you. When you are the hunter and you catch someone, your recorded screamer is what they see. Be careful - your friends are preparing something as well.
FINISH THE JOB
To escape, you have to earn it, because nothing in here opens on its own. The job goes faster if you split up. Everything else goes downhill if you do split up.
BECOME THE HUNTER
One player is chosen to be the hunter. The others find out what that means at the worst possible moment.
NO TWO GAMES ARE THE SAME
The maps are procedurally generated for every run. Nobody memorizes the layout, and nobody gets to be the all-knowing one who has been here before.
THE SCREAM-O-METER
For the brave, the game listens to your microphone and learns how you normally sound. When a jumpscare hits, it knows whether that was a real scream or you sat there unimpressed. Hold your nerve and you walk away.
