Cadence_Blade

In Cadence Blade, you defend your castle. Pick a hero and go meet the wave head-on.
Plays solo or online co-op for up to three. One player hosts, the others drop in, all sharing one castle. Play alone and pause whenever you need to. Online, the fight doesn't stop for anyone.

Every swing has a beat. Time it right and your hero lands the strike clean and full-force, with a little flourish. Mistime it and the blow still lands, however, it costs you your rhythm and a chunk of the damage.
Kill enemies for coin. Duck inside the castle between pushes and the blacksmith lays out a couple of upgrades: a bit more health, a harder hit, a quicker step, or a tower archer. You're the hero, but you're not a god. Every death costs you a pip you already paid for.
Push far enough and you can take the fight to them. Haul a charge across open ground, plant it at the base of an enemy tower, and bring the thing down. The line falls back, and a wrecked hut nearby comes to life.

Fill it with swordsmen, spearmen, archers, or a healer, plant their flag where you want them to hold, and pick how they grow. Turn holding the line into taking the field.
Something big is on the horizon. Every day, it comes closer. Better sharpen up.
