Solvane: The Iron Reach

A black hole swallowed your ship and spat it into a starless graveyard of the lost. Mine, build, and fight your way through the wreckage in order to follow the needles toward the only rumored way out.
You were an ordinary hauler on a routine run when your engines cut out. Now you're stranded in a pocket of dead space that appears on no chart, sharing the dark with generations of other castaways who fell through the same hole. Salvage what you can. Build something that lasts. Follow the rumors about the Iron Reach, or try to find your own way home.
Carve out a foothold
Mine asteroids, refine raw ore, and vacuum up resources on the fly. Lay down power networks, assemblers, and defenses to turn a patch of empty space into a working base.
Outfit your ship
Swap hulls, engines, and weapons. Craft consumables and modules at your assembler. Learn recipes scavenged from the dark, and tune your loadout for exploration, hauling, or a stand-up fight.
Survive the Wardens
The deeper you push toward the Iron Reach, the more the builders' ancient machines wake to turn you back. Progressive raids escalate as your base grows. Hold the line, or lose what you built.
Follow the needles
Ancient alien Solvanes stand scattered through the graveyard, their needles all fixed on one distant point. Chase them across a procedurally generated expanse, dock at scavenger outposts, take on the survivors' quests, and piece together what the Iron Reach really is.
A world built on rumor
Every scavenger has a theory and none of them match. The story is told through wrecks, contradictory tales, and a universe that never quite explains itself. What you believe is up to you.
