About This Game
MythicalBeast is a single-player cultivation RPG centered on collecting and raising spirit beasts. Venture from your cultivation retreat into an Eastern fantasy world of moonlit waters and mysterious lands. Seek spirit eggs and rare materials, craft elixirs and equipment, and raise your companions through five cultivation realms as you prepare to challenge powerful sects.
Explore, Gather, and Choose Your Way Home
Explore five regions, scout routes through the fog, gather resources, and search for egg nests. Encounter roaming enemies and unexpected events along the way. Take on expedition commissions and use observatories to reveal opportunities, then decide whether to push deeper or head for a safe exit with your spoils. Defeating a region’s boss does not end your expedition—the choice to keep exploring is yours.
Hatch and Raise Your Companions
Collect 16 species of spirit beasts, each individual born with its own aptitudes. Build a team of three around the interactions of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. Train your companions, develop their talents, and nurture them with elixirs as they ascend from Qi Refining to Spirit Transformation.
Merge Bloodlines and Inherit Techniques
At each major cultivation realm, merge a secondary beast into your chosen companion to strengthen its bloodline, inherit a better aptitude in the selected attribute, and pass on a technique. Preview the results and costs before committing, and shape each beast’s growth around your plans.
Turn Expedition Spoils into Lasting Strength
Brew gathered ingredients into elixirs and improve your proficiency with each recipe. Forge equipment with varying qualities and randomized attributes, then refine your builds through enhancement, reforging, gem socketing, and set bonuses. Each expedition supplies new ways to prepare for the next.
Challenge the Sects
Take on four sects and a final boss to test your companions and equipment. Play offline with local saves, keyboard and mouse or controller support, and English and Simplified Chinese language options.
