Choose from six types of boat: pedal boats, rowing boats, dinghies, runabouts, electric boats, and water taxis.
Each comes with different costs, earnings, and wear. A more expensive boat is an investment to weigh carefully, and a bigger fleet means more to manage.
Grow your business along the waterfront

Build piers to add moorings and open kiosks along the promenade to serve passing visitors.
Set your rental prices with care. Every customer has a budget and limited patience: finding the right balance matters as much as having boats ready at the shore.
Every season brings new decisions

Summer brings crowds, winter slows things down, and a thunderstorm can change your plans. Decide when to recall your boats and how to handle the weather.
Take on contracts for hotels, school trips, and the sailing club. Meet deadlines while keeping your everyday customers satisfied, and build the reputation you need to expand.

Manage the business without steering the boats yourself. Adjust the simulation speed, pause whenever you like, and decide when to expand or simply enjoy the view.

Inspired by the real Lugano
The bay draws inspiration from Lugano’s shore, promenade, and surrounding mountains, reimagined rather than recreated to scale.
Even the red pedal boats with their little-car bodies are inspired by those found on the real lake.
A note from the developer

This is my first Steam release, born from a personal challenge to build and finish a game of my own. It is a small project, and I welcome feedback from players as I continue improving it. I am not a professional developer or graphic designer.
