Find, Equip and Improve Powerful Gear
A well-equipped adventurer has a much better chance of returning home.
Build equipment loadouts across weapons, armour, helmets, gloves, boots, rings and amulets.
Discover increasingly rare equipment, compare attributes and bonuses, and decide which heroes should receive your most valuable discoveries.
Use the Guild's Armoury and Workshop to improve equipment and make use of items you no longer need.

Some decisions may benefit your heroes, while others could affect your resources, reputation or relationships.
You won't always have a perfect solution, and sometimes the consequences of a decision won't become clear until later.

Help Shape Guildmaster Simulator
Guildmaster Simulator is being developed by a solo developer, and community feedback has already played an important part in improving the game.
Following an initial month-long Steam Playtest, numerous updates have been released covering gameplay balancing, bug fixes, interface improvements, system reworks and quality-of-life changes.
Early Access is the next step in that journey.
The core game and campaign are already playable, but there's still plenty I'd like to refine. My focus moving forward is on improving the overall experience, responding to player feedback, and gradually replacing AI-generated artwork with original commissioned assets as resources allow.
