console.log is an old-school text adventure: you type what you want to do and the world answers. But the moment you sit down at a terminal, the rules change. In there, ls, cd and cat are in charge, and every machine holds files someone didn't want you to read.
Two ways to play at once
In the world, look, take, open and connect. Explore the eight rooms of an empty building.

At the terminals, browse file systems, scan networks, decrypt files and open doors from the inside.

Puzzles you have to think through
Rewire an electrical panel in the dark. Find the code to a padlock. Charge a dead laptop. Nothing gets solved by trying things at random: it gets solved by reading, deducing and connecting the dots.
If you get stuck
Every room has its visual archive, an illustration that shows you the space exactly as it is right now. You can consult it, but it comes at a price: every look fragments your memory. And there are only three.
Four endings
What you uncover changes what you can choose. One of the endings only opens up to those who have explored thoroughly.
