Hellwake

Your party fights. You build the killing machine.

Hellwake is a dark fantasy auto-battler RPG built around the chase for the next drop. Your heroes fight on their own; you choose the classes, the skills, the gear and the runewords, then watch the plan tear through Hell. When a run hits its wall, burn it for Embers and come back stronger.

Start with one hero and build a party of up to five from seven classes: Warbringer, Huntress, Stormwitch, Bonecaller, Zealot, Nightblade and Wildheart. Each has three skill trees, skill paths that grow new skills, and sigils that bend them. Stack your front line, rain spells from the back, raise the dead, and make curses, auras and summons work together.

Need to tip the scales mid-fight? Smite your enemies yourself, call down Hellfire or bind them in the Chains of Heaven.

Hunt rares with the right rolls, chase 184 uniques and complete 34 sets. Weigh damage against survival, fill every socket, and lock away the pieces worth keeping. There's always another missing piece.

Find the base, gather the runes, spell one of 91 runewords. Hone a favourite weapon at the Forge and Exalt it, work gems and charms through the Crucible, or gamble at the Market. A drop doesn't have to be perfect when it lands.

Fight through seven acts, from the Hollowmire's blood-soaked marshes to the Unmade Deep, and break the masters guarding the road. Then take the fight into harsher difficulties.

Hit a wall? Rekindle. Trade the run for Embers and spend them in the Pantheon on permanent power, new callings and automation. Bind prized gear as Heirlooms before it burns, choose Omens, and climb ten levels of Ascension for stronger, rarer loot.

Race the clock in Hell Rifts, bring keys to boss Gauntlets, open the Vault Beneath and follow clues to Buried Places where a god's Shade waits. Swear class Oaths, chase Deeds, and climb the season's leaderboards.

Raise a Sanctum of 15 buildings and unlock Decrees to hand over as much of the routine as you like: points, god powers, loot, crafting and construction. Play hands-on to force a breakthrough, or let it run and come back to the spoils.
