Mouthpiece Boxing Manager puts you in the manager's chair of a professional boxing stable. Sign young fighters, prepare them in training camps, choose their opponents, negotiate their purses and steer their careers from four-round club debuts to world title nights — in a fully simulated boxing world that keeps moving with or without you.
A world that never stops
Over 20,000 fighters across 17 weight divisions, each with a record, a style, a ranking and a career of their own.
Four world sanctioning bodies, plus secondary, continental and national belts. Champions defend, dodge, unify and vacate.
Promoters stage shows every week at real venues around the world. Fighters rise, fade, retire, and new talent arrives.
Named judges and referees score and work every bout — split decisions and controversial cards included.
Every punch simulated
Fights are simulated blow by blow and shown live from above the ring with play-by-play commentary: jabs, hooks, knockdowns, cuts and the count.
Between rounds you work the corner — step it up, box and cover, go to the body, or throw in the towel — and the fight changes with your call.
Make the fight
Matchmaking is the game. Read records, styles and rankings, weigh the risk against the purse, and decide who your fighter is ready for. Negotiate every offer: counter the purse, add rematch clauses, move the card to home soil.
Build a stable
Scout hundreds of prospects and sign the ones willing to work with you — the better your reputation, the better the talent that will listen.
Run training camps, pick gyms and trainers, and watch attributes move week by week.
Manage the money: purses, your cut, sponsors, camp bills and gym fees.
Start in any era
Begin your career in any year from 1970 to 2026. Every fight, title reign and Hall of Fame class is dated from it.
Build a legacy
Records, reigns, awards, rivalries and grudges, a manager leaderboard and a Hall of Fame that remembers every great career — including the ones you built.
