Crônicas Improváveis is a single-player RPG that combines epic, author-crafted campaigns with the experience of playing alongside an AI-powered Game Master.
Create your character, embark on a grand adventure, and experience a story filled with danger, discovery, conflict, and memorable characters.
Just like in a traditional tabletop RPG, the Game Master guides the adventure while you roleplay your character. The difference is that you don't need to gather friends, coordinate schedules, or wait for your next session. Your adventure is ready whenever you are.

A Real Story, Guided by an AI Game Master
In Crônicas Improváveis, campaigns aren't randomly generated stories invented by artificial intelligence.
Every campaign is written by authors, with a structured plot, characters, events, objectives, and a planned conclusion.
The game engine controls the adventure's progression, keeping the story coherent from beginning to end. Artificial intelligence takes on the role of Game Master: narrating events, portraying characters, and responding to your actions and dialogue without changing the story that was written.
You don't need to invent what happens next, create your own quests, or tell the Game Master where the adventure should go. Just like in a tabletop RPG, the Game Master presents situations and guides the campaign. Your role is to experience that story.


Your Character. Your Words. Your Adventure.
Instead of relying solely on predetermined dialogue options, you can speak to characters and express your actions in your own words.
Ask questions, negotiate, investigate, question motives, confront others, and roleplay your adventurer as you wish within the situations presented by the story. The AI Game Master understands your intentions and responds within the campaign's context and rules.
And all of this takes place in an RPG with real gameplay systems, character progression, and meaningful challenges:
Create your character: choose your race, class, attributes, and abilities to bring your adventurer to life.

Explore and interact: discover locations, investigate events, and talk to the characters you encounter throughout your journey.

Face danger: engage in combat, wield weapons, cast spells, and use abilities, with outcomes determined by the game's rules.

Grow stronger: earn experience, level up, acquire equipment, and develop new abilities.

Find allies: meet characters and companions who will become part of your journey and the events of the campaign.

This isn't an open world of infinite stories. It's a genuine RPG campaign, crafted to be experienced with the natural flow of a tabletop adventure.

Your First Campaign: The Throne of Beasts
Your home has been destroyed. Your former life has come to an end. And what seemed like an isolated tragedy is only the beginning of something far greater.
Armies of men and beasts advance through unprepared lands, leaving destruction and survivors in their wake. As rumors of a usurper spread, your journey begins as a desperate struggle for survival and gradually becomes a search for allies against a growing threat.
The Throne of Beasts is an epic fantasy campaign featuring memorable characters, conflicts, alliances, and a sweeping story waiting to unfold.
The game begins with Act I, offering approximately 10 to 20 hours of adventure, depending on each player's pace.
This is the first act of a larger story. Your journey will continue with the release of future acts.
One Game. Many Stories to Experience.
Crônicas Improváveis is designed to be more than a single adventure.
Over time, we plan to release new acts that continue existing campaigns, as well as entirely new campaigns featuring their own stories, characters, settings, and challenges.
All within the same game, using the same RPG system and AI Game Master.
So, after experiencing one story, you can return to continue your journey or embark on a completely different adventure.
New acts and campaigns will be released as paid DLC, sold separately. The base game includes Act I of The Throne of Beasts.
How Do Turns and Top-Ups Work?
To provide an experience with an AI Game Master that narrates and responds to your interactions, Crônicas Improváveis uses a turn-based credit system.
The base game includes 450 turns, an amount designed to let you experience Act I of The Throne of Beasts. Actual usage may vary depending on your pace and playstyle.
Each interaction you send to the Game Master consumes one turn, regardless of how many AI operations are needed to process it. If narration fails, the turn is refunded.
If you run out of turns, you'll need to purchase additional credits to keep playing. Top-ups are sold exclusively through Steam in two packages:
Explorer's Pack: 150 additional turns.

Hero's Saga: 450 additional turns.

There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. You purchase additional turns only when you need them, and you can check your remaining balance in-game.
Turn credits are separate from purchases of new acts and campaigns, which will be offered as paid expansions.
