Adventurer's Indemnity is a first-person fantasy insurance and shop management simulation. Manage the policies your father left you, make deals with new customers, and investigate damage claims from returning adventurers. The risks they take arrive on your desk as paperwork.
Your responsibilities are simple:

Write policies and assess the risks
Before a policy is signed, assess the adventurer's equipment, the risk you are taking on, and the cost of a possible claim. Set daily premiums and check the policy's duration, coverage, and payment terms. The gold you earn today may have to cover tomorrow's broken sword.
Investigate damage claims
Compare each adventurer's account with the policy terms and the evidence available to you. Examine damaged equipment, spot inconsistencies, and decide how much to pay. Denying a valid claim can damage your customer's trust; paying an invalid one can drain your funds.
Economy and inventory management
Track your income, claim payments, and outstanding obligations. Every decision affects the balance between your funds and your customers' trust.
Buy equipment at the market, manage your inventory, and settle eligible claims with a suitable replacement item when the policy allows it. Sell items you no longer need and decide how to use your shop's limited shelf space.
Follow new rules and pass royal inspections
Read the newspaper, follow new rules as they take effect, and prepare for inspections. Keeping the shop open takes more than earning money: you must also keep the promises you make.
