Breadwinner is a short psychological horror game about the everyday life of a family living on a single salary.

You are the eldest child and the only one with a job. Every payday the money lands on your phone, and it's never enough. Rent, the electric bill, food, and more all come out of your salary. You decide what gets paid or not.

Mom is ill, and her medicine is one of the bills waiting on your phone every payday.

Your sister needs her school fees paid, and she remembers whether you paid them.

Your little brother draws what he sees at home, and his drawings show how you treated him.

Dad is in debt. Depending on how you answer him, he sinks deeper or leaves.

The house shows you what your choices cost. It changes with what you chose:
Dinner depends on what you paid for.

Miss the electric bill and the lights go out.

Miss the rent and you get an eviction notice.
