Wakefolk is an isometric zombie survival colony sim about keeping a small group alive through another night. Start with three survivors, plan their work and build a camp in a world hidden by fog of war.Lead through rules
Set each survivor's job priorities, work effort and response to danger. They carry out your plans, choose the tools they need and take care of hunger, rest and injuries. Every task competes with the time and energy needed to stay alive.Build by day. Prepare for the night.
Gather food, wood and stone. Craft tools and weapons, cook meals and build shelters, beds and storage. Reinforce the camp with barricades, place improvised alarms and assign someone to stand guard while the others sleep.Explore beyond the camp
Send survivors into unexplored territory to find resources, medicinal plants and wreckage. Search wrecks for scrap and canned food, then turn what you find into supplies for the colony. Familiar ground can change, making return trips worthwhile.Noise has consequences
Zombies hear the work happening around your camp. Choose when to build, chop and fight, and when to keep quiet. Torches extend night vision, sentries warn sleeping survivors, and spears let them defend from behind barricades.Survive one more night
