Side with the law or criminal gangs, or stay neutral,

Try help everyone, or ruin their lives.

Use all the information you gather to implore your patrons to do stuff for you advantage or to help them change their lives for better or worse. Make friends and enemies. Manage your bar, hire people, offer accommodation, buy goods, find stuff lost by your patrons, keep it and use it or try selling it.

This is your bar, you are the master here.
